Payment & Booking Policies
Orders Under $50
For all sweet treats under $50, full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your date. This helps us ensure we have all the fresh ingredients ready for your custom creation.
Orders $50 or More
For larger celebrations over $50, a non-refundable deposit is required at booking. The remaining balance is due before or at pickup, unless we've agreed on other sweet arrangements.
Please note that prices are subject to change and orders are not officially confirmed until your payment or deposit has been received. We currently accept payments outside the website via Zelle, Cash App, or Apple Pay for a smooth and simple transaction.
Order Notice Requirements
Because each JazzyKakes order is prepared with care, customers are encouraged to place their orders as early as possible.
Orders needed within 48 hours must be under $30 and are subject to availability. Orders totaling more than $30 require at least one week’s notice.

Last-minute orders may include an additional rush fee. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability, and all orders must be approved and paid for according to the payment policy before they are confirmed.
